Privacy Policy
PoseScore (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of developers, end-users, and anyone who interacts with our services. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and — most importantly — what we do not collect or store.
PoseScore is a product built by MyoLogIQ, powered by MyoLogIQ’s proprietary physiological-analysis technology.
1. What We Do Not Collect or Store
We do not store:
- Images
- Videos
- Biometric data
- Personal identifiers
- Any information that can identify an individual user
We do not use images for any purpose other than generating the requested analysis.
Images are processed server-side, analyzed in real time, and then immediately discarded. We do not retain them, log them, or use them for training unless explicitly permitted (see Section 6). PoseScore returns only the analysis results to the requesting application.
2. What We Collect Automatically (Non-PII)
For debugging, security, and service reliability, we may collect:
- IP address
- Device type
- Browser type
- Timestamps
- API request metadata
- Error logs
- API key identifiers
- Usage counts (for billing and quotas)
This information cannot identify an end-user and is used only to operate and improve the service.
3. Developer Account Information
When developers create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Password (securely hashed)
- Billing information (processed by our payment provider)
- Payment method details (stored by the payment provider, not by us)
We do not store raw payment information.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate PoseScore:
- AWS — infrastructure and compute
- Stripe or similar — billing and payment processing
- Gemini / MediaPipe — AI-powered analysis components
- Logging & monitoring tools — for debugging and reliability
These providers may process limited technical metadata as part of their normal operations.
5. How We Process Images
PoseScore processes images only (no video) on secure cloud functions.
Workflow:
- The developer’s app sends an image.
- We analyze it in real time.
- We return the analysis result.
- The image is immediately discarded.
We do not store, reuse, or inspect images beyond the scope of the request.
6. Model Training (Optional & Controlled)
By default, PoseScore does not store images or analysis results for training.
If a developer opts in to contribute anonymized data for model improvement:
- Images are stored temporarily for training
- All data is stripped of identifiers
- Data is deleted after training is complete
This is optional and disabled by default.
7. User Identifiers Provided by Developers
Developers may send an abstract user id or external identifier to associate analysis results with their own users.
Important:
- These identifiers are opaque to PoseScore
- We cannot reverse them into personal information
- They are used only to return results to the correct user within the developer’s system
We do not combine, enrich, or analyze these identifiers.
8. Compliance
PoseScore is designed to comply with:
GDPR
- No personal data stored
- No biometric data retained
- Right to access, deletion, and portability (for developer account data)
CCPA
- No sale of personal information
- No storage of consumer data
- Transparent data practices
COPPA
- PoseScore does not knowingly collect data from children
- Developers integrating PoseScore must ensure compliance with COPPA if their app targets minors
9. How We Use Data
We use non-PII technical data to:
- Operate the service
- Monitor performance
- Debug issues
- Enforce rate limits
- Calculate usage for billing
- Improve reliability
We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or cross-service tracking.
10. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices, including:
- Encrypted transport (HTTPS)
- Secure cloud infrastructure
- Access controls
- Audit logging
- Strict data-retention policies
11. Your Rights
Developers may:
- Access their account data
- Update or delete their account
- Request deletion of all stored usage data
- Opt out of model-training contributions
End-users should contact the developer of the app they use for any privacy requests.
